Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any specific queries regarding non-returnable items, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
